Physical Education Center at LSSC. On command from Dr. Kenneth J. Shouldice, LSSC President (far right), they slashed away and the building was declared ready for the two-day open house. Thousands of visitors toured the building and attended Saturday evening's concert by the U.S. Navy Band.
